MGK and Megan Fox 'have been co-parenting really well together,' according to an ET source. We're told, 'They are on good terms and have been getting along for the sake of their daughter.' Saga Blade was born in March, four months after the stars ended their romantic relationship. Our source adds, 'MGK still has hopes to reconcile with Megan, but they're taking things day by day.' MGK has a 16-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship. Megan has three sons with 'Beverly Hill, 90210' star Brian Austin Green. MGK's seventh studio album, 'Lost Americana,' is out now.
