First Time Eating Never Seen Paraguayan Food - Mbeju, Chipa Guasu

In this episode of "NYC food around the world", I ventured into Sunnyside, Queens, which is also a quite diverse neighborhood for its regional cuisine, and had Paraguayan food first time ever. Paraguayan gastronomy was born from the fusion of Spanish cuisine and the indigenous Cario-Guaraní cuisine, which was developed due to the influence of the Franciscan priests. By the way, there are two official languages in Paraguay: Spanish and Guaraní, making Paraguay the only Latin American country that adopts an indigenous language as its official language, which I think, honestly, is quite awesome.
