Today we visit a local villager to buy fresh frogs before heading to my childhood friend's house, where she teaches my foreign wife how to cook traditional Thai Pad Krapao with frog over an open fire, overlooking the rice fields. It doesn't get much more authentic than this. While she loved learning to cook it, tasting it was a different story... safe to say frog won't be her new favourite! 😂 Would you eat this?
