Mr. Hyde, a supervillain who has spawned many legends, is actually an alter-ego of morally abject, but nevertheless brilliant biochemist Calvin Zabo. He can transform into his alter-ego by drinking various mixtures of a potion of his own creation and design. This is colloquially known as his transformation potion. The chemical process that occurs upon the consumption of Calvin Zabo's proprietary formula is that of a hormonal in nature, leading the cells of his anatomy to quickly produce mutant hormones that cause a physical metamorphosis that encompasses his whole figure. Hyde has all the tendencies of a sociopath, and that makes him one of the most deadly supervillains ever created. He is wicked, self-serving, completely uncaring, and inconsiderate of other people and everything he does has one purpose and one purpose only- to serve his own best interests.
