Obadiah Prophesied the Downfall of the Church!

The Prophet Obadiah, a convert from the nation of Edom, was given the task of prophesying about the downfall of the very entity from which he emerged. His prophecy, as well as the words of other prophets, relate the utter destruction of of Edom in the End of Days. Who is Edom? Edom is the nation that was absorbed into and personified the Roman empire, morphing from outright paganism to the variant forms of Christianity. From the Crusades to the Inquisition to pogroms and forced expulsions, as well as Nazis fueled by the antisemitic New Testament narrative, Edom has been a source of physical and spiritual persecution to Jewish people. At the End of Days Edom will be utterly destroyed. The question is: how? That decision lies in the hands of the individual.
