In this video, I'll openly share how it took me over ten years to understand what it truly means to feel—and not just function. I'll explain why we often suppress our feelings or are overwhelmed by them, and how this impacts our entire lives. Above all, I want to show you that beneath all the tension, exhaustion, and heaviness, there's still an original lightness within you that you can rediscover. This video is about: 🧭 You'll understand why your external life—relationships, career, conflicts—reflects your inner world and why little changes externally as long as you don't shift your inner state. 💓 You'll learn what emotions truly are ("Energy in Motion") and how unresolved feelings like fear, sadness, shame, or guilt can keep your nervous system in a constant state of constriction, stress, and survival mode. 🧱 You'll understand why many people have become disconnected from their bodies or are overwhelmed by their emotions—and that both are protective strategies we used to rely on, but which now leave us feeling empty or overwhelmed. 🌊 You'll gain a simple inner orientation: constriction vs. expansiveness—pulling yourself together, pushing through, and suppressing on the one hand, and opening up, allowing, and accepting on the other—and how you can gradually invite this expansiveness back in. 🌬️ You'll learn specifically how to begin feeling tension, pressure, and emotions in your body instead of covering them up with food, distraction, or even more activity—and why this conscious feeling is the beginning of letting go and true healing.
