Massive train spotting day at Carlisle Station!

Welcome back to the channel! Today, we are headed to the border city for a massive train spotting day out at Carlisle Station, filmed on Wednesday, 20th May 2026. ​This trip was extra special because we caught Lumo's brand-new West Coast Main Line Class 222 out on test! This was filmed just five days before their official public launch on May 25th, as they gear up to start their new Stirling to London Euston services. Seeing the new blue livery out on driver training and testing was an absolute highlight! ​Aside from the exciting test run, Carlisle never disappoints with its incredible variety of rail traffic.
