Elite Dangerous | Sol is Dangerous

Went to Sol to unlock one of the few engineers I've left - Colonel Bris Dekker - she needs, in my case, 1MM of combat bonds on the side of Feds. Thought it would be easy to find a POI, like a Conflict Zone, but it turned out that the interdictions are there every step of the way. Manage to get to Alpha Centauri for a breather, alas, to be interdicted again.
