40 YEAR OLD 3-Way Switch NEVER Worked. Is It FIXABLE?

After repairing the roof and patching the drywall, we noticed that when we plugged our tools in something was up with the electrical in this project! We decided to dive deeper and give these homeowners something they've never had. Working 3 way switches!
