Between islamists, crooked cops, high technology flea markets and soccer fans, Assad the drunk emigrant from the Sahara and Lwiyen the cell phone con artist have managed to stay friends since forever. But a video Assad finds on a phone he stole from a seemingly harmless rich boy is going to determine wether friendship and morals can survive in this soulless, violent and all-together crazy city...
