A seasoned comedian, writer, broadcaster, and even a conductor, Sue was born in South London and later graduated from Cambridge, where she joined the prestigious Footlights comedy group alongside Mel Giedroyc. The duo went on to host Late Lunch and Light Lunch, write for French & Saunders and Absolutely Fabulous, and later became household names hosting The Great British Bake Off for seven series. Sue now presents Just A Minute on BBC Radio 4, and her latest show, Chess Masters, is available now on BBC iPlayer. Nick pours Sue a Botivo to start, while Angela prepares a Malaysian prawn laksa curry, paired with a La Val Albariño, and finishes with Sue’s favourite—Black Forest gateau.
