Hello, this is GP Car Care. This vehicle is an I40 belonging to a customer who purchased it used and visited us from Seoul for cleaning. The customer stated that they had the evaporator cleaning performed in Seoul, but upon removing the air conditioner filter and inspecting the vehicle, we found that the contamination on the blower motor fan remained intact. Upon detaching the blower motor, we discovered that the contamination inside the entire HVAC system was still present. They claimed to have only cleaned the evaporator, but given this level of contamination, I wonder if the evaporator was actually cleaned properly by a company that only cleaned the evaporator....
