The stone pavements and stairs from Daimonzaka are really beautiful and very nice. It is worth a visit just to walk here. Nachi-taisha Shrine and Nachi Falls are also very beautiful and it's only about 5km even if you go all the way round. It's a good place to take a short course and climb lightly. We are planning to update a series of videos from Kumano Kodo to Ise Jingu Shrine for a while. If you are interested, please see the list. It was a very nice World Heritage course. If you are going in summer, please take a lot of breaks while walking. We hope it will be of some help to you.
