Less than an hour from home, the pilots must land their damaged aircraft – but they are over the Indian Ocean and the closest airport is 300 kilometres away on the island of Mauritius. The fire is burning through the plane’s wiring, the smoke is getting thicker, and the passengers are literally choking to death – time is running out.
