Knead it very well. 2. Cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, 1 night if possible. 3. Chop the peppers. If it is small, leave it whole, if it is large, portioned and cut it. 4. Peel the skins of the tomatoes. If it is small, there is no need to rob. 5. finely chop 1 handful of parsley and set aside. 6. Take walnut-sized pieces from the rested minced meat. 7. In a bowl, mix 4 g of salt and 50 ml of water. 8. Decant the meatballs into portions of 18-22 g. Roll into a ball shape. 9. By dipping your hand in salted water, bottle each meatball, shape it so that it is 10-15 cm long. 10. Keep the ends above so that the skewers do not touch each other, so that they keep their shape. 11. Heat the pan thoroughly. If the minced meat is greasy, do not put oil; if not, add very little oil. 12. Pre-cook on the barbecue or in a frying pan, turning constantly. 13. When the color changes, take it out of the pan and remove it from the skewer. 14. Cook the peppers in the same pan in the last batch. 15. Place the yogurt on a serving plate. 16. Put the butter (60 g) in a frying pan and melt. 17. Continue to cook the meatballs in the butter. 18. Add the tomatoes in the last minutes. (Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the tomato.) 19. Blend all the ingredients. 20. Place the meatballs and tomato-pepper mixture next to the yogurt. 21. add ½ tablespoon (7-8 g) of butter to 1 serving and drizzle. 22.
