The Oki Islands are located about 50km north of Shimane Prefecture and consist of four islands. The large island on the eastern side of the Oki Islands, which is the main island, is called Dogo Island, and Oki Island Town is located there. On the other hand, the three islands on the west side are called Dozen, and they are Chiburijima (Chibu Village), Nakanoshima (Ama Town), and Nishinoshima (Nishinoshima Town).
