Today was the day to get the truck in order! 🔧🚛 We started the day taking the beast to Zinho to fix the brakes, since the brake chamber spring had broken. Problem solved, we headed to the car wash, because the truck needed a good bath. The way it's always driving on dirt roads, its nickname is becoming "Cassava Hillside"! 😂 We wash it, take a trip, and it comes back all dirty. After the wash, we went to Master Diesel looking for a solution to the injection light that had been bothering us. They did an evaluation there, but couldn't find the fault. So, they recommended the Scanner Truck workshop. When I got there, I was very well attended to. The team ran the scanner and quickly found the real problem: the NOx sensor. This sensor interferes with the combustion of ARLA 32 and can cause injection failures, leaving the truck weak and turning on the injection light on the dashboard. With the diagnosis in hand, we replaced the part and, thankfully, the truck is working much better again! 🙏 Now it's time to put it back on the road and monitor it on future trips to confirm if that was really the problem.
