Sheraton Universal Hotel Review - Next to Universal Studios

I get that this hotel is old, but it seriously needs some updating. It was full of people and for what they charge they can definitely afford to fix it up. The ceiling in the lobby leaked on me and the elevator inspections expired about 6 months before we stayed here. I hope a staff member sees this video. Our stay was not sponsored.
