OCCUPIED BED MAKING PROCEDURE: 💠 Patient Rapport/ Introduce yourself through ASSESSOR 💠 Do hygiene (Hand Wash, Hand Sanitize and Wear Gloves) 💠 Knock door ( introduce yourself through MAAM/SIR) and explain the procedure 💠 Get Vital Sign 💠 Provide Privacy (close door/ close window/ withdraw the curtain) Lock the bed wheels/ secure the side rails 💠 Do hygiene (remove gloves/ HW/ HS/ wear gloves) 💠 Put the Privacy Blanket 💠 Remove soiled linen put on hamper 💠 Move the pillow 💠 Arms&Legs Positions 💠 Side lying position 💠 Untuck all linens and roll into center of bed 💠 Sanitize the bed 💠 Do hygiene (RG/HW/HS/WG) 💠 Put the Bottom Sheet tuck to Headboard 💠 Put the Rubber Sheet 💠 Put the Draw Sheet and tuck 💠 Put the Pillow Case & Pillow 💠 Flat Position the PT 💠 Arms&Legs Position 💠 Side lying Position 💠 Remove the Pillow put on hamper 💠 Untuck all linens and roll into center of bed 💠 Sanitize the bed 💠 Do hygiene (RG/HW/HS/WG) 💠 Pull the Bottom Sheet tuck to headboard 💠 Pull the Rubber Sheet 💠 Pull the Draw Sheet and tuck 💠 Flat Position the PT 💠 Arrange Arms&Legs Position 💠 Move the Pillow into the Center 💠 Put the Top Sheet 💠 Remove the Soiled Linen put on hamper 💠 Tuck the Top Sheet at the footboard/ mitter and secure the PT 💠 Do After Care 💠 Do Hygiene (RG/HW/HS/WG) 💠 Get Vital Sign 💠 Therapeutic Activity 💠 Do Hygiene (Remove Gloves/Hand Wash/Hand Sanitize) 💠 Do CARE PLAN
