Pivoting rotary blade for Chinese mini excavator cutter and test part 1

In this video I build a pivoting bush hog style blade for my huayee hy14c mini excavator brush cutter, which I built in a previous video. It shows the details of how to make such a blade but I discovered issues with the blade adapter I used during the testing phase. As such I've ordered two different types of blade adapters and belleville washers and will test one or both of those in an upcoming video.
