🙏 BLESSING OF THE DAY | 10/07/2026 | Today's Gospel | Matthew 10:16-23 Peace and good! In today's Blessing of the Day, we are invited to listen to the Gospel of Matthew 10:16-23, in which Jesus sends his disciples as sheep among wolves and teaches that it is necessary to have prudence, simplicity, courage, and perseverance in faith. Today's Word reminds us that following Jesus requires trust, firmness, and fidelity, even in the face of life's difficulties, persecutions, misunderstandings, and trials. The Lord promises the assistance of the Holy Spirit and strengthens us to witness to the faith until the end. 📖 Today's Gospel: Matthew 10:16-23 Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Therefore be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. 17 Beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues. 18 You will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, to bear witness before them and the Gentiles. 19 When they deliver you up, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say. For what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. 20 For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. 21 Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise against their parents and have them put to death. 22 You will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When "If they persecute you in one town, flee to another.
