Prepare the filling: Throughly knead the ground beef with the carrot, zucchini, radish, cucumber, red onion, green onion, oyster sauce, and egg until a smooth mixture forms. 2. Moisten the rice paper: Soak each rice paper sheet in water for about 20 seconds until soft and pliable. 3. Form the summer rolls: Spread out a rice paper sheet on a slightly moistened surface. Place some of the ground beef in the center, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. Then wrap each roll with a second rice paper sheet for extra stability and crunch. 4. Fry the summer rolls: Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 5. Prepare the dip: Mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, and the juice of one lime in a bowl – your creamy dip is ready.
