Then, the COVID-19 shock wiped out my main source of income. While teleworking continued, I launched a YouTube channel as a new project. Although I am a real estate appraiser, I cannot write appraisal reports. I passed the real estate license exam after studying for 5 days, but I don't retain any knowledge that I don't use in my work.
