Still munching my rotation as frostfire. Trying out the new gems on the Cyrce 11.0.7 ring. At the moment, seems like the go to in terms of gems would be the following for FF frost mage: Stormbringer's Runed Citrine Fathomdweller's Runed Citrine Legendary Skipper's Citrine 11.0.7 ring is now slightly better than any other 639 rings on any classes, and classes with Mastery BIS stat, would benefit the most from it.
