What If Every Pokémon Move Had a Secondary Effect?
Most Pokémon moves have some kind of secondary effect like lowering a stat, flinching, or inflicting a status condition. However, some moves don't have any additional effects at all and just deal damage, so I made a theoretical secondary effect for (almost) every move in the game without one.
