USPS Installs New Package Sorting Machine at Columbus Processing and Distribution Facility
The United States Postal Service recently installed a new mostly autonomous package sorting machine at its Columbus Processing and Distribution Facility, which handles mail and packages for most of the greater area, including Zanesville. The system can sort roughly 2,000 parcels an hour, replacing the task that previously had to be done by hand.
