COME SPRING, a snippet of Basanta Ras

Ras Dance, one of the eight major Indian classical dance forms of Manipur, is imbued with devotional themes of Madhura Raas of Radha-Krishna. It is characterized by genteel eyes movements and delicate body gestures. #Basanta ras, one of Ras lilas, is performed around April month welcoming Spring season.
