Audi A8 D2 Headliner and Pillars Removal Tutorial | Safe Disassembly Guide PART 1

In this detailed tutorial, I demonstrate how to safely remove the headliner and the A, B, and C pillars in an Audi A8 D2 model. Throughout the video, I show the proper techniques for disassembling all components without causing any damage to the vehicle. We start by removing the central dome light, sun visors, door handles, and the A, B, and C pillars. Then, I guide you through taking out the headliner from the car and removing the protective panels from the roof using plastic pry tools. This process was done to facilitate the reupholstery of the original gray headliner with a black lining. Additionally, I painted all the plastic parts and reupholstered the pillars — these modifications will be shown in a second part of the project. Tools used in this process include a small flat-head screwdriver, a large flat-head screwdriver, a Torx TX25 screwdriver, a 17mm wrench, and plastic trim removal tools.
