Sheila's IG:   / sheilavossough  ) WONDER WOMAN GYM WORKOUT ROUTINE: Row machine: 5 min (warm up) Sled push: there and back (around 100 yards) /super set/ burpee jumps one way and walking lunges back complete 2 sets - rest 90 seconds after first set Pull ups 7 sets x 3 reps or more Ring push-ups 5 sets x 3 reps or more Alternating battle ropes /super set/ dual battle ropes 2 sets, 20 seconds each, rest 90 seconds between sets Our Patreon (  / buffdudes  ) supporter David Anthony had a cool idea to take on other people's workouts and give them a shot ourselves.
