Ariel is from Canada and plays in one of our favourite bands, The Brothers Landreth (among many other gigs, sessions, tours and projects). And he’s just moved to Ireland. We wanted to do something on slide guitar and as neither of us play slide, this was just the perfect opportunity… During the video we discuss effects including overdrive, compression, tremolo, reverb and delay as they relate to slide tones and approaches.
