The IronWhip is an amazing training tool that helps you massively improve your iron and wedge strikes. There are two protocols... Eight Swinging/Striking drills and - with the band removed and used by itself - 15 stretches. The IronWhip improves weight transfer and sequencing, promotes a feel of "hands ahead of the ball," creates solid arm structure, and tremendously improves your energy through and beyond impact.
