Urgence SAMU : intervention sous haute tension

A SAMU (Emergency Medical Service) team intervened to save a man who had suffered a cardiac arrest after a fall. Despite difficult conditions, they managed to restart his heart, but a second cardiac arrest in the ambulance complicated the situation.
