Crossing the Southern Alps NZ - Harpers Pass | Hiking Te Araroa | EP04

After managing to hitch hike from Hanmer Springs we set off to cross Harpers pass - a historic route through the Southern Alps. Following a much needed zero day we complete the Mingha - Deception route over Goat pass carrying only the essentials (yeah right). On February 1st 2022 I set off to walk the South Island section of New Zealand's Te Araroa Trail. This video documents my experience in the Arthur's pass region.
