Youth Delegations visited the ICESCO Regional Office in Baku

In the frame of the 2nd International Youth Forum on Multiculturalism and Peace, jointly organized by the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre and the Islamic World Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), in collaboration with ICESCO Regional Office in Baku, representatives of Youth and partner organizations, visited the ICESCO Regional Office in Baku. The 2nd International Youth Forum on Multiculturalism, dedicated to the theme “Youth as Ambassadors of Peacebuilding in a Multicultural Environment,” began on August 22. The Forum, held in Baku, Shusha, and Khankendi, brought together nearly 70 participants from over 50 countries. ICESCO Youth Peace Ambassadors, Director of Nordic Center for Conflict Transformation, representatives of Al-Mawhiba and ICESCO staff members have been invited to the ICESCO Regional Office in Baku. Assistant Director of ICESCO Regional Office welcomed the guests on behalf of Regional Director Dr. AbdulHakeem F. AlSenan, delivered a presentation about the role of the Regional Office and its ongoing project. A short video presentation was followed by a tour to the building of the Regional Office. Around 30 persons participated in the introduction session.
