Hōdo Gomoku is a Zen Buddhist based in the Zen Centre in Dublin, Ireland. Hōdo is the head monk at the centre and finds the intention to stay grounded and present through Zen practices highly valuable. This centre is run by Zen Buddhism Ireland and focuses on Soto Zen Buddhism practices such as Shikantaza, a sitting meditation.
