Eliza (Fluttershy), after learning that Hamilton cheated on her, begins to burn all the letters he wrote her to remove the chance that future historians can find how their relationship truly was. Historically, Eliza left Hamilton for a time since she was pregnant, going to her parent's house near Albany. They reconciled earlier than the play suggests, though.
