Air Canada Airbus A320-211 | Anchorage to Vancouver *Full Flight*

Onboard my first flight with Air Canada for a hop down the North West coast of the continent from Anchorage Ted Stevens Int'l Airport to Vancouver. I managed to get myself seat 22F which for a change was just behind the wing on an A320 which allows for a good view of the wing itself, the flaps and ailerons. Once airborne a fairly sharp turn to the right which meant for some stunning views of Alaska as we climbed away. We turned back on ourselves almost as well so some good views of the airport in the distance too. Continuing in a south easterly direction we crossed plenty of snow topped mountains and a glacier or 2 being crossing the ocean and cutting the corner of the continent off. Some incredible views again once on the descent and approach over the city into Vancouver during the last hour of daylight. A beautiful golden sunset above the clouds. Also worth mentioning, this A320 reg: C-FFWN has to be the oldest A320 I've ever flown on. Probably one of the oldest aircraft I've flown on for a long time. At over 28 years old! Delivered March 1991 to Air Canada. That's old! Especially for an Airbus. Certainly got a lot of miles under its belt.
