When I was a child, I promised myself I would never want to live in the countryside again. Now life has a funny way of changing us. My apartment will always feel like home, but places like this remind me how deeply nature can calm an anxious mind. Slowing down doesn't solve every problem, but it gives the heart enough quiet to breathe again. One of the happiest surprises since starting this channel has been discovering how many people around the world also enjoy slow living, peaceful routines, nature, and ordinary days.
