Challenger Flies at 2017 World Series

Bald Eagle Challenger made his 11th appearance at a World Series game on October 27, 2017 at Minute Maid Stadium, home of the Houston Astros. In pre-game festivities for the 3rd game of this series, Master Sergeant Promise Harris, Texas Air National Guard, sang the USA’s National Anthem as Challenger soared above the field-size American flag while the fans in the stadium cheered! At the end of the game, the score was Astros 5, LA Dodgers 3.
