Today I had the opportunity to experience something unique aboard a Mexican Air Force Mil Mi-17 helicopter. During this training flight, we accompanied the crew on various operational maneuvers, performing landings on both prepared and unprepared runways, testing the precision, coordination, and responsiveness of these military pilots. I also participated in an air extraction exercise, where I simulated being a victim to learn firsthand how the armed forces operate in a real rescue situation. Every maneuver, every landing, and every decision made inside this aircraft demonstrates the level of preparation and discipline with which the Mexican Air Force operates.
