But few of Chloe’s friends tried her Korean lunch box and fell in love with it. They asked Chloe to invite them for Korean dinner. I threw the parties for my husband and sons many times, but I haven’t invited Chloe’s friends for dinner. So, I cooked the two of most popular Korean menus. Galbi, which is marinated beef short ribs and Japchae. Japchae is fried noodle with beef, vegetable and mushrooms. I was little worried for the girls who hadn’t gotten a chance to have Korean food before. But it turned out that I worried for no reason. They all loved the foods. I found that Korean food is one of the best food in the world that can fascinate even kids. I felt so happy and proud to be an ambassador of Korean culture. Galbi 🌼Wash the meat with cold flowing water 2 ~ 3 times to get rid of bone waste 🌼While draining the water from the meat, let’s prepare the sauce. 🌼Based on l 1/4 lb of Galbi, I add 5TS of soy sauce, 1TS of garlic, 2 TS of sugar, 2 TS of sake, little bit of black pepper, half of onion sliced or blended, chop the green onion. 🌼You can upgrade the taste by adding some special ingredient to the above source such as 1 TS of plum extract, and the squeezed juice of blended fruit like apple, Korean pears, pineapple, and peach.
