Now we have changed the shims to adjust the valve clearances the camshaft must be reinstalled and timed. Camshaft timing is critical to the operation of your engine, if it is not correct the engines performance will suffer. If it is too far out there is a risk of the valves hitting the piston top and damaging the engine.
