How a Skeptical Philosopher Becomes a Christian
While I was raised Christian, I lost my faith in my teens, as so many do. But my life has been a truth-seeking quest, and I ended up earning a Ph.D. in philosophy (as I was starting Wikipedia). My reasons for disbelief fell away one by one; eventually I read the Bible, finally, for good understanding. I was shocked to discover that it was coherent and defensible, and it gave me new insight into the traditional arguments for the existence of God. In 2020, I became a follower of Jesus once again, launching into a systematic study of the Bible and theology. Now, in 2025, I finally announce this conversion.
