Emily Park, Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody No 6 in D Flat Major, S 244:6

Emily Park was 14 at the time of this recording, and was a freshman attending Skyline High School in Sammamish, Washington, studying piano with Dr. Sasha Starcevich. At the time she was the youngest winner of EMTA’s 2013 Concerto Competition, placing 1st in their solo division. Emily was also a finalist in the Seattle Young Artists Music Festival and placed in the MTNA Competition. Emily performed as a two-time soloist with the University of Alicante Orchestra from Spain and has studied two summers at the MusicFest Perugia in Italy. She attends the University of Washing and is an undergraduate researcher at Stanford University.
