It's an original theme from ZUN's music CD, Changeability of Strange Dream. It's not featured in any game, but that's no reason to count the song out. As far as the remix goes, it's not that bad. It's a nice fast paced version of an originally slow and calm song. For some semblance of convenience, I added a download link to the original song at the bottom of the description.
