Seven Commandments of the Noahide part 08

Prohibition of Cursing G-d Life is full of crises. There are difficult moments. Moments when faith is tested. G‑d's ways are hidden, and we do not know His calculations. We must believe that His calculations are fair. One of the prohibitions of the sons of Noah is to curse the Name of G-d. Any type of cursing is prohibited and if one curses with the explicit name A-D-O-N-A-Y and especially the Tetragramaton, which is a name that is prohibited to pronounce at all, this is a very serious crime punishable by death. Job was one of the Righteous of the nations of the world and terrible torments came upon him. His children died, his property was lost, and his body was filled with sores. So much so that his wife said to him: (Job 29-10) “You still have your integrity! Blaspheme G-d and die! But he said to her, 'You speak as any shameless woman would speak! Should we accept only the good of G-d and not accept the evil?’ With all this Job said nothing sinful.” A person oppressed by problems must accept the judgment of heaven and ask for mercy from his Creator. Job was able to rehabilitate himself and start a new family. Hannah, a barren woman who suffered daily ridicule, was transformed, was able to have children and said (Samuel I chapter 2) “The Lord impoverishes and enriches, He brings down, He also lifts up. The Lord impoverishes and enriches, humiliates and exalts. He raises the poor from the dust, raises the needy from the dunghill, setting him up with nobles, Giving them seats of honor. For the pillars of the earth are G-d's; He has set the world upon them.” Therefore, it is obligatory for each person to take care of what they say, not to challenge Heaven. Humbly accept the Creator's judgment of him and ask for mercy from Him. If life continues to be hard and bitter, G-d forbid, but the person persists in faith and submission to Him, he will receive his reward in the next world. And if he has the merit, he will see his salvation also in this world, he will give thanks to G‑d and publish his wonders and magnify his Name in the world.
