Video 2 How to Create a Project Schedule in MS Project

This shows you how to enter tasks, create summary tasks, create milestones, find the critical path, and avoid errors people new to MS Project 2010 or 2013 often make. This video describes how to complete Professor Ward's Exercise 2 in the Two-Machine Maintenance Project suite of Labs on project management. Also, the video does not show you how to create outline numbers. To do this, simple right click at the top of Table - Entry View go to Insert Column, and Type Outline Numbers. when you see the words Outline Numbers populate in your textbox, press enter to automatically create them.
