Big Boy 4014 Across Iowa - Boone to Cedar Rapids

On June 1, 2026, Union Pacific Big Boy 4014, the largest operating steam locomotive in the world, continued its America 250 Coast-to-Coast tour by traversing the hills, bridges, and farm towns of Iowa. Starting with a beautiful departure at Boone, we continue through the Nevada bridges over the Spine Line, a historic quarry bridge at Le Grand, and more little towns until it arrives at Beverly Yard in Cedar Rapids. 00:00 Boone Yard Departure 04:51 Nevada bridges 07:28 Historic Quarry Iron Bridge 09:21 Chelsea 10:27 Running over my camera 11:11 Luzerne 12:00 Fairfax 13:27 Beverly yard Cedar Rapids
