A Day In The Life As An Online Coach - Hybrid Edition
The first of many Day in the Life videos. This episode follows a full day balancing online coaching, hybrid training, and building my brand. In this video I take you through my first threshold running session back before starting my Dublin Marathon training block. I also talk about the importance of health, nutrition, food and digestion, share a behind the scenes look at client check-ins and the results being achieved through coaching, and take you along for a gym session with the lads. I finish by talking about the vision for my brand, where I want to take the business, and the goals I’m working towards over the coming months. The aim of this series is to document the journey, share what I’m learning, and give you an honest look at what it takes to build a coaching business while chasing performance goals of my own.
