DIY flouncy_floozy_ruffle_scarf

It's a fun scarf with a funny name, come knit a flouncy-floozy scarf with me today! It is a quick to make and only takes one ball of ruffle yarn and a pair of 10.5 bamboo knitting needles (you can use any size from 9-11 but the bamboo is nice to keep stitches from sliding off!) I used Red Hear Sashay but you can use any ruffle yarn you like such as Gala, Starbella, Ice, Spectra, tutu, Joy Metallic, Flora, Scandalicious, Rozetti Marina, Elicia, Tinseltown, Glamour, Tundra Glitz, Sashay, pirouette, Katia or any ruffle mesh yarn!
